The LogicGlue platform and MCP server are fully custom-built by the LogicGlue team.

No. The LogicGlue Claude Connector is a read-only connector. Claude can analyze, summarize, and provide reports, but the LogicGlue Xero Claude connector cannot create, edit, or delete records in Xero through this connection.

Yes. Once you've setup the connector on web or desktop, you can access your Xero data via queries in Claude iOS and Android apps.

Go to Customize → Connectors, find and click on LogicGlue in the list, and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes Claude's access to LogicGlue and your Xero account connected to LogicGlue. Your LogicGlue and Xero account remain connected.

Security FAQs

(1) LogicGlue has been audited and certified by Xero. LogicGlue is audited annually by Xero to ensure compliance with the Security Standard for Add-on Marketplaces (SSAM).

(2) Your Xero data is accessed securely through LogicGlue using encrypted connections.

(3) Claude only accesses Xero data when relevant to your query.

(4) Your Xero login credentials are never shared with Claude.

(5) Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the integration.

(6) Data permissions are limited to the authorised Xero organisation you connect.

(7) LogicGlue has no visibility into your activity beyond account creation and activity initiation. No detailed activity is recorded.

Troubleshooting

Most commonly, this means your LogicGlue session has expired or your Xero connection inside LogicGlue needs re-auth. Sign in to LogicGlue directly, confirm Xero is still linked, then retry the connection from Claude. Once connected restart Claude.

In your chat, press +, hover over Connectors >, and confirm LogicGlue is toggled on for this conversation.

If you have many connectors active, mentioning LogicGlue or Xero by name in your question gives Claude a clearer hint to use it. For example, "Using LogicGlue, show me..."

Open Customize → Connectors → LogicGlue and check whether the relevant tool is set to Never allow. Switch it to Always allow or Needs approval.

Disconnect LogicGlue from Claude (Customize → Connectors → click LogicGlue → Disconnect), then re-add it. This forces a fresh OAuth flow.

If you have ten or more connectors active, switch to Load tools when needed access mode. Click + (Plus button in any chat), hover over Connectors, then Tool access, and choose Load tools when needed. Claude will only load LogicGlue when your question clearly needs it.
